PetalMD will be at Pri-Med Canada for a second year in a row from May 10 to 13. With nearly 4,000 healthcare professionals in attendance, the conference—now in its 15th year—is one of the largest gatherings of its kind. The event will take place at The International Centre in Mississauga, near the Toronto Pearson International Airport.

Recognized training sessions in the medical community

Hosted in partnership with the University of Toronto's Department of Family and Community Medicine, the event highlights primary care issues and offers clinicians three full days of continuing medical education. Pri-Med has also partnered with Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy to offer continuing education sessions to pharmacists, and Ryerson University's Daphne Cockwell School of Nursing to offer nurse practitioner sessions.

Counting over 60 training sessions presented by prominent physicians, the event's extensive educational offering, which covers topics ranging from medical innovations to new management practices, never ceases to amaze conference participants. Meanwhile, Pri-Med Canada's exhibition area will welcome over 200 health, information technology and pharmaceutical companies. Two birds with one stone, so to speak, for leading-edge professionals looking to stay abreast of innovations and streamline daily operations.
