In the heart of the St Roch district, in a start-up style environment, you will be in constant interaction with our clientele of healthcare professionals and ensure their satisfaction and customer experience within the PetalMD environment.

You will ensure the successful implementation of our software suite for groups of doctors, medical clinics or hospital deployment projects in Canada, as well as internationally. 

During the day, equipped with a powerful Macbook and a 27" High Definition Apple display, you will be led to:

  • Manage the activities surrounding the deployment projects with clients;
  • Advise, guide and assist clients in change management for large deployments;
  • Translate customer’s requirements and configure them into the PetalMD platform;
  • Perform platform demonstrations and provide customer training;
  • Share your experience, the difficulties encountered and new mastered concepts within your team;

You will accompany our user base by supporting them during the implementation process, answering their questions and coaching them on the optimal use of our products.

As Junior service and support agent, you will participate in the satisfaction and retention of our installed base. You will develop product knowledge and collaborate with senior support staff, the implementation team, and the quality assurance department.

Medical Billing Clerk - Student / Part-timeDetails

 

What you can expect when joining the team

In the heart of the Lebourgneuf district*, in an open and bright office environment, you will join a team of specialists responsible for performing the complete medical billing cycle for their clients on a biweekly basis.

No prior knowledge of medical billing is required! You will have access to a complete training program and will work in collaboration with a team of specialists who are there to support you. Since the physician pay cycle is two weeks, the workload is higher in the second week of the cycle which coincides with the deadline for transferring invoices to the RAMQ.

Equipped with a powerful computer and High Definition display, you will be let to:

  • Enter the required RAMQ billing data necessary for the payment of professional fees owed to Xacte’s customer base using specialized web-based software, as well as any other types of data entry;
  • Participate in any other administrative tasks requested by the team members (for example: scanning and filing, document preparation, mail management, reports and statistics, etc.).
