What you can expect when joining the team

In the heart of the St Roch district, in a start-up style environment, you will join the team at the center of the relationship with our customers. You will accompany our user base by supporting them during the implementation process, answering their questions and coaching them on the optimal use of our products.

As Technical Advisor – Medical Scheduling, you will contribute to the satisfaction and retention of our installed base. You will develop product knowledge and collaborate with senior technical advisors, the implementation team, and the quality assurance department.

During the day, equipped with a powerful Macbook and a 27" High Definition Apple display, you will be led to:

  • Act as front-line support for our clients;
  • Respond to Level 1 support tickets;
  • Prioritize support and enhancement requests;
  • Kick-off the implementation process with clients;
  • Perform simple configurations in client environments.


Your profile

You will gain a solid knowledge of our interfaces as well as a basic knowledge of medical billing to better serve our clients: physicians and their staff. You will participate in all the tasks of your team and will have complete responsibility for certain files. At Xacte, it's a team effort to which everyone contributes!

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a high level of technical support and customer support experience, online and over the phone;
  • Participate in the training of new customers;

Are you a versatile professional who takes the quality of customer service to heart? Do you like to be able to manage several files simultaneously and work as a team towards achieving common goals?   • A college degree in a relevant discipline or combination of education and experience deemed equivalent;
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role;
  • A marked interest for the medical field;
  • A natural ease with information technologies (operating systems, browsers, web applications, etc.);
  • In-depth knowledge of the Office suite and familiarity with applications such as Google Suite, Dropbox, Trello, Slack, Zendesk, Intercom, Joinme, Teamviewer, MailChimp, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS JavaScript, API's), (an asset);
  • A mastery of French and English (compulsory bilingualism), both orally and in writing;
