In this new role, reporting directly to the CEO, the Vice-President of Sales and Commercialization will play a pivotal role in the expansion of our organization and will be responsible for developing and implementing the vision and business plan that will propel us towards our path of value creation.

Founded in 2009, PetalMD is on a mission to improve the efficiency of the healthcare sector. We believe in working hard, failing fast and learning from our experience. The Vice-President of Sales and Commercialization will be in charge of the following main responsibilities:

  • Create, execute and adjust the business development strategy necessary to promote the growth of our organization;
  • Provide a structured sales environment including sales and forecast methodology;
  • Set the vision for your team, provide them with the process and monitor the metrics to improve;
  • Establish and manage budget and expenses to maintain CAC within threshold;
  • Develop and execute an effective market penetration strategy, including the negotiation and management of distribution agreements;

  • Oversee operations and identify opportunities to increase efficiency.

Education and Experience Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 20 years in sales with at least 5 years of experience in an executive capacity;
  • Experience with both B2C and enterprise B2B sales;
  • Experience in a high-paced and innovative sector;
  • Experience in successfully mentoring and leading others effectively;
  • Computer literacy, proficient in MS Office suites, CRM systems and ability to learn internal software;
